Complete Installation
The following scenario is used to calculate our basic installation;
Remove existing tub/shower, toilet, medicine cabinet, sink, faucet and exhaust fan.
Furnish and Install one G.F.C.I. outlet to replace existing outlet.
Replace existing exhaust fan.
Furnish and Install new tub/shower unit, tub/shower faucet including new shut-off valves.
Furnish and Install a new shower curtain rod.
Furnish and Install new vanity cabinet, cultured marble countertop, lavatory faucet including new shut-off valves and braided metal flexible supply lines.
Furnish and Install toilet including wax ring, shut-off valve and braided supply line.
Furnish and Install tri-view medicine cabinet (flush mount).
Furnish and Install towel bar, towel ring and paper holder.
Furnish and Install up to 40 square feet of 1/4" underlayment over existing floor.
Furnish and Install up to 40 square feet of one-piece vinyl floor.
Furnish and Install up to 16 lineal feet of paint-grade wooden baseboard to all exposed wall areas.
Furnish and Install a new carpet transition strip in entrance doorway.
Furnish and Install a new heating register cover.
Prime and Paint walls, ceiling, baseboard, door trim, and window trim*.
Basic Installation is based on a typical 5'x8' bathroom similar to this layout;
*Customer is to supply primer and paint
